double check RICH optics before any "final" simulation run

Before any final simulation run for performance plots for the proposal, I want to double-check the RICH optics are okay and make any last minute fine tune adjustments if necessary. The eRICH is likely fine, but the dRICH may have changed recently (e.g., #119 (closed))
