Ernst: "abysmal efficiency at forward/backward rapidity"

The tracking performance summary seems to not be an accurate reflection of the actual tracking performance: https://eicweb.phy.anl.gov/EIC/benchmarks/reconstruction_benchmarks/-/jobs/280974/artifacts/file/results/truth_electron_performance.png truth_electron_performance

This is the actual performance on 5x41 Q2>100 events: image__6_

This does not seem consistent with a drop-off in tracking efficiency to 10% when |eta| > 1.
