Simple clustering: double free or corruption

Simply enabling simple_cluster (e.g. !121 (ec26bf4c)) causes CI jobs to fail with double free or corruption, e.g. https://eicweb.phy.anl.gov/EIC/benchmarks/reconstruction_benchmarks/-/jobs/157705

Don't use simpleclustering. There is no reason to anymore.

While not addressing the issue, it is a valid point that we should now use the full ecal clustering for track seeding; see MR. The memory issue is likely in juggler anyway.
