Move sampling detector benchmarks to reconstruction_benchmarks

Current version of sampling detector benchmarks is more like in reconstruction_benchmarks
Make detector_benchmarks simple in a way to check: raw sampling fraction, hits energy distribution, hits counts, etc
digitization, reconstruction, and clustering can be in reconstruction_benchmarks.
