Generate forward ion events of interest

Generate events for the forward ion beamline detectors to simulate/reconstruct. This data will be used to benchmark the performance of the forward detectors' design.

First dataset for protons from 80 GeV to 275 GeV over the forward hadron spectrometer angular acceptance. (say 1 degree)
